We texted them about a vehicle we had been negotiating on for 2 weeks. We once again stated our offer. The said to come get it. We said we would be there after work. We called as we headed over (a 45 minute drive). After three phone calls, we finally spoke to a manager. We were told that the vehicle was being sold as we spoke. I told him that the text constituted a contract (legally speaking, it does), and he said that it didn't. He then also changed the agreed upon price to more than what we was discussed 2 weeks ago! Do not trust these people.
Wasted my time coming down here. Almost all of their cars have been in accidents and show damage and they want 450 plus a month for them. Also, they pester you for a down payment, and the salesman was smiling as he told me we cannot do business with me after filling out a online form and being told everything was good. Avoid them. They are liers, rude, incompetent and over priced for damaged cars.
I came up to your place drove a hour just to treated like a fool. I talked to several of you prior of coming in there. Because I didn't want to waste anyone time. Everyone I did your credit report before I came in. I explained I filed bankruptcy about 12 years ago. So I basically have no credit. Explained had no dr license, but i have a job and a trade in which i explained to you about my trade in. Just to be given false hope. Cause i come in and no one is there that i talked to. But i basically set there for hours being givien the run around. Basically the salesman leaves comes back after i explained to him i did the credit application online and had talked to several different people that told me i was approved and to come in. I also explained before i came in that i had no down payment just trade in. I was very embarrassed when he came back and said they had one car that i would be eligible for. He brought the car upfront to look at it. I didnt like the type of car. If i am going to pay a payment i didn't want only one choice. After i said no he said hold on going to talk to my manager. So then he comes back days they have two more options. Then comes back says only one because one just got sold. So i really like the car i test drove it and he said everything was a go. Then he comes back and says that it would cost me 1000 down for that car. I told them why did you tell me i could have it. When you knew i didn't have anything but my trade in. Then the manager came out told me sense i am starting over with credit they want 1000.00 down. I told them yall knew all this before yall told me i was eligible for the car i test drove. Then they tell me to hold on they are going to try and find me something. Then comes back with a Cadillac i dont like those cars. So i decline, then they make me wait more and came back with a nissian that was still dirty and check engine light on. The salesman not one time did he know the year or price of vehicle. Plus never would tell me how much for my trade in. It was a horrible experience and basically i wasted a whole day. Just to be made to feel like a fool. I was totally honest and upfront about my situation. Not once did any of you tell me the truth. Yall made it seem i was approved and just bring my trade and pick out the car i wanted. I know my situation isnt the best but i have a job and im trying to rebuild my credit. Yall made it seem like yall were willing to help me with that. Also I don't understand why the car intest drove was only 8,000 and yall needed either cosigner or 1000.00 plus trade in. But the last car was over 11,000 and yall were just taking trade in even though I was never told how much for the trade in. Not once after asking multiple times. The car I test drove and was told I was eligible to get. When I was told that yall for sure knew my situation. Why would you even told me I could have it if you wasn't sure.. all yall did was give me the run around. To be such a big car dealership that was one of the worse experiences I've ever been put through.
I traded in a nice truck for a F150 2 owner truck with a “clean” CARFAX. I was happy the first week, then things started adding up. The drivers side is 3 different shades of white. One tail light collects water and the body lines don’t line up. I paid 31k for a “clean” truck that’s 3 different shades of white and can’t even pull my boat at up a boat ramp or highway speeds. Now I’m stuck with a xxx driveway queen. I won’t name, names, but I was told you get the buddy deal😂😂. I will never do business with this stealership again and will tell everyone I know. They texted and texted finally gave in filled out credit application. Then poof there gone. No more texts just a hit on my credit. Don't shop here they will ghost you. If I could have put 0 stars I would have. Ralph
Worst experience I have ever had with a car dealer. This was a total bait and switch operation. Called before I drove an hour and half to verify the car. They said it would be setting out front waiting for me. When we arrived, it wasn't to be found. They offered others but not even close to what I wanted. Finally spoke to the manager and he said he had bought the car the day before. Image that. Complete scam. Do NOT do business with Seth Wadley EVER.
Don’t buy from Seth wadley, they will sell your trade ins and not pay them off until you force them too takes them over 45 days to pay a note off. Crooked dealer
have 2019 ram went for the free oil change free xxxx charged me 363.36 total 24. for checking tire pressures 110. for the oil 20. for filter 252. DSL filters and 45. labor +40. tax and some others but time before they charge me 500.+ and 2017 4cyc chev charged me 105. FREE come on free oil/engine is a rip off some thing should be done about service told me i should have read fine print never going back boy if i need a free engine i have to rob the bank hope you read this and tell every one you can stay away from seth wadley
My brother in law has always bought from Seth Wadley but I can assure you after how they have done me and my fiance, no one in my family will return to this dealership! Look up Chad William's and see how much business you all have gotten from him. He feels terrible for even referring us to this place! I bought my vehicle in December of 2020 and we had major issues from the get go. Way too much to list so we won't get into that. We had a repo due to my fiance being laid off in the oilfield so they told us we had to finance through auto connection and payment would be significantly higher but it is because we are required to pay for their warranty. Well guess what, less than a year later my vehicle emissions system was shot (there is a recall as well on my same vehicle for engine damage due to oxygen sensors and catalytic converter) and after having my car since last Thursday we find out yesterday that is what is wrong with it. Took them 7 days to even look at it but told us they only offer rental reimbursement up to 4 days which obviously doesn't help us any. The kicker is we find out today the warranty is not being accepted and we will pay out of pocket per the claims adjuster. What??? I'm done with Seth Wadley! We will be allowing them to keep our vehicle or refinancing outside of seth wadley and their finance company, honeybadger. It is all a scam!
Customer service is horrible, finance guy Dakota is horrible. Salesman was unprofessional and not helpful at all. worked on a deal for over a week on this truck drove 3 1/2 hours to pick it up just to find out the truck was a piece of xxxx. after I told him I didn’t want that truck they didn’t even want to work with me to help find another truck on the lot even though I drove 3 1/2 hours. they just said well that’s the only truck we have that’ll work. I had a check in hand for 72,500 and They couldn’t make a deal. Truck Had mis matching tires, the low coolant light was on and the steering wheel was making a sharp right turn just to keep it straight on the road and found out it had been wrecked. Stay away from this dealership.
BOUGHT A OLDER USED CAR, Knew it was SOLD AS IS. had a problem a few days later, i just knew it was on me...But Let my sales person know, 5 min latter the GSM call me, Got me in the same day, Delivered bank to me at home next day! I have now Bought 2 More New trucks and a car for my daughter! I won't buy any other place now. They Also Give free oil changes for life, New or Used. Love them!
Bought Jeep Laredo 2010, had to come back to fix few things and inspect it. It runs great, the engine shakes a little and few bubbles in the plastic canister. I was told it is normal/ good. So time will tell. People are great here and efficient.
Never buy extended warranty, does not cover anything! They will not take calls to refund or cancel it either. They insisted we buy it for electronic items like door locks, and amazing the door locks did not work. We we took to have fixed the car was used so it was a wear and tear item, not electronic like they said. They are electronic and our Lexus dealer said their warranty was just a scam. They consider everything wear and tear on used car. Now they will not take our calls because they know we are cancelling it. We had to contact BBB, send certify letter, Attorney general and now probably pay an attorney. These are crooks.
0 Stars!!!!! I wish I could meet Seth Wadley just so I could slap him upside his head. The finance department are the biggest snakes I have ever dealt with! Once you make the deal you can kiss all that hospitality goodbye. Seth Wadley family of dealerships has expanded SO rapidly that it’s highly suspicious. They didn’t get this large by making “fair deals”. They have grown so quick by scamming innocent and unsuspecting people who take them at their word. Oh and their “Free Oil Changes and Engines For Life!” is a LIE too! They charged my fiancé full price for every oil change service she has ever had. She did not know any better and forgot about their famous motto. They straight-up took advantage of her and had a smile on their face as they do it. So if you are reading this, take my advice and save yourself a ton of frustration and anger. Be smart and get a loan from your bankDo not finance through their department!!!! These kinds of dealers should get what they deserve and just go out of business.
This has been the absolute worst buying experience we have ever had. Even a year later, we are still suffering because we have been lied to from the day we walked into their dealership. We bought a dodge journey over a year ago. When we bought the car, we were told we needed to finance a much higher payment than what we were originally offered and would need to refinance in 3 months. We were told if we were not able to refinance after the 3 months, to call them and they would help us. So we agreed. We have been calling for over a year now trying to get them to help us refinance because we have not been able to anywhere because of how upside down we are on the car. Our finance person Kas, knew this when we signed papers. We finally put in a new credit application with them this past Friday because we were told they still could not refinance our car but they could trade it. We put the application in on Friday, I called and let Tyler the finance manager know we had put the application in as he instructed us to do. He told me he would call us right back after he looked at it. I waited all day and never got a call, so I called that next morning and he sent a message saying he was in a meeting and would call later. At 5 that evening, I called the dealership back because we still hadn't heard anything. I was told he already left and to to call back Monday. I called Monday. I had to call the front several times and ask them to just let me know when Tyler was available.. They finally sent me to his office and he told me yet again, he would call back after he looked at our numbers. I never got a call back that day either. I called the next day on Tuesday and was told he is not there today so I asked if anyone else could help us since he seemed too busy.. I was told no because he is over finance and if he is working on it, no one else could right now, that I would need to call back the next day. I called Wednesday morning and got Tylers voice-mail which was full so I sent a message saying I called and was wanting to know what was going on since we still hadn't heard anything. I never got a response that day either, so I called back that night at 6pm. We talked to a new finance person and was told that he would look at our numbers and get back to me if not tonight, first thing Thursday morning. We still have not heard anything by Friday vening at 6pm, so I called back and talked to another new person who was rude and just kept saying well you will have to call Tyler in the morning. I told him I did not want to continue trying to get ahold of Tyler because I have been waiting a week on him to get back with me and that I would like to speak to someone above him since no one else could help us. I was told that there is no one and he would have Tyler call me in the morning. After feeling like I was getting no where with this person, I just said okay and am finally writing this review after a whole YEAR of terrible customer service and being completely screwed over by this company.. We will never recommend Seth Wadley to anyone else again after this experience and definitely do not feel comfortable trading in our car with them at this point. That is not the only issues but just the biggest ones. They do not honor their website price listed either.
